On his very first day in office as Minister of State, H.E. Mr. Serge Telle wished to meet journalists representing the local and regional media.

At this meeting, H.E. the Minister of State emphasised the importance of a high-quality relationship with the press, which is essential to the smooth running of any society.  Citing his wish to ensure continuity, efficiency and the exemplary nature of the State, he said that he was "motivated by a feeling of very great responsibility."  H.E. Mr. Serge Telle said that this continuity would not hinder the changes desired by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince, which had been developed as part of His roadmap.

To this end, he recalled the importance of the Public Services, stating, "I will also rely upon the Monegasque administration, whose quality, commitment and sense of State I have already been able to note.  Our success can only be a joint effort.  It will be the fruitful outcome of our work together, in the service of the Prince and the Principality."
